Who we are
Thaalam is a music group based in Germany, well known for playing live Tamil music. Starting with four men, Thaalam today stands with about 20 members on stages all over Europe. Our Thaalam Band is always looking for new talents to enrich the team. New members are not just accepted into a team, but into a harmonious musical family.

The first big debut performance of Thaalam to get wide attention, was the music show 'Vanakkam Thamizha' organized by Jegathaa in 2015. Since then Thaalam has done multiple shows and successfully worked together with many renowned indian singers and performers. To name a few:
The magnificient Sitar Maestro Rajhesh Vaidhya, the singing legend P. Unnikrishnan, the vocalists and Super Singer-finalists Sathyaprakash Dharmar, Sonia Aamod, Said Subahn and Sai Vignesh. Also the comedian Naveen, the presenter Priyanka and other local artists. Few Thaalam Members had even guest-appereances at europe tours of famous playbacksingers like Karthik and Sid Sriram, the most recent one. Other members are producing tamil music independently and already getting decent recognition by local fanbases.
